13部脫穎而出！ 2026新北市紀錄片獎優選作品揭曉每案獲35萬元拍攝基金

【新北市訊】跨越淡水河的臺灣新地標「淡江大橋」即將通車！新北市政府新聞局規劃「我的新北市粉絲見證會」，邀請幸運粉絲在正式通車前踏上大橋，近距離感受淡江大橋的壯闊跨河工程。即日起至4月13日只要參加「我的新北市」臉書粉絲專頁線上活動，就有機會一起來解鎖臺灣最美新地標。活動規劃橋上導覽並安排專業攝影師為民眾留下難忘的影像紀錄，讓參與民眾體驗橋體與景觀視野。另也特別邀請旅學堂文史顧問吳峻毅老師擔任導覽，針對淡江大橋的建設故事與設計亮點進行解說，帶領民眾認識淡江大橋的設計理念、工程特色及其對區域交通與城市發展的影響，深化對淡水、八里在地重大建設的認識。新聞局長李利貞表示，淡江大橋是新北市指標性重大建設，在建築與景觀設計上展現極高的特殊性，由世界首位獲得普立茲克建築獎的女性建築師札哈·哈蒂(Zaha Hadid)所設計，該橋目前為全球最大跨徑的單塔不對稱斜張橋，設計充分考量淡水夕照與觀音山自然景觀的融合，通車後將大幅改變淡水、八里地區交通樣態。而透過這次的粉絲見證會，希望讓這座橋不僅是交通建設，更能讓市民藉由走上橋面感受城市輪廓的改變，用鏡頭與腳步紀錄新北發展的重要時刻。活動除導覽行程，同時安排專業攝影師於壯闊橋景中為參與民眾拍攝專屬合影，透過影像留下與淡江大橋重要時刻紀錄。同時開放橋面漫步時間，讓民眾從不同視角欣賞淡水河口景觀，體驗大橋與自然環境交織的空間美學。行程最後將安排民眾享用精緻下午茶時光，為這場粉絲見證會畫下完美句點。新北市政府也與交通部公路局共同規劃「我和大橋在一起：淡江大橋開幕藝術季」系列活動，從4月18日至5月9日通車典禮還有許多精彩活動，也歡迎粉絲持續關注。新北市政府臉書粉絲專頁「我的新北市」為全國最資深、粉絲數最多的地方政府官方粉專，粉絲數突破百萬，貼文發布主題廣泛，包含重要政策資訊、觀光景點介紹、市府重要大型活動、運動賽事及生活資訊等，讓民眾更認識新北這座大城市，請大家持續關注 (https://www.facebook.com/myntpc)；也歡迎加入新北市政府LINE官方帳號 (ID：@ntpc)，即時推播市府重大政策、民生議題及颱風應變等資訊，協助市民朋友第一時間掌握重要消息。資料詳洽：新聞局綜合行銷科吳宥妘(02)2960-3456 分機 6152　新聞局綜合行銷科沈淳萱(02)2960-3456 分機 6158 新聞局綜合行銷科　李冠穎(02)2960-3456 分機 6161

【新北市訊】「2026新北市紀錄片獎」於昨（31）日公布初審入圍名單，26組入圍團隊將於4月23至25日，連續三天在「國家電影及視聽文化中心大影格」進行公開提案，角逐優選影片資格及新台幣35萬元的拍攝基金。新北市新聞局長李利貞表示，新北市紀錄片獎今年邁入第16年，除持續與財團法人看見．齊柏林基金會合作設立「齊柏林環境紀錄獎」，更秉持紀錄片友善城市的初衷，從資金、製作到行銷，提供創作者最堅強的後盾。26組入圍團隊將比照國際形式進行公開提案，優選團隊除可獲新台幣35萬元拍攝基金外，後續也將透過監製工作坊，由專業講師提供製作建議。新聞局表示，「2026新北市紀錄片獎」於3月初截止徵件，經初審評審團歷時近一個月的評選，最終選出26部入圍作品，題材涵蓋生態永續、職人精神、性別平權與跨國族群認同，展現出多元的影像觀點與人文關懷。此外，今年更邀請李立劭、邱銘源、侯季然、黃琇怡及蘇哲賢等金獎導演與資深紀錄片工作者擔任初審評審委員，評審團表示，今年入圍作品無論敘事觀點或議題深度均具強大生命力，多從身分認同與個人經驗出發，評審團更指出，紀錄片是對時代最敏感、對自己最誠實的影像創作，從作品的多樣性中，可深刻感受台灣創作者對這片土地的熱情。新聞局補充，公開提案會將選出12部「新北市紀錄片獎」及1部「齊柏林環境紀錄獎」優選影片，13部優選影片將於10月份辦理決審，評選出前三名及評審團特別獎，並於頒獎典禮分別頒發10萬、8萬、6萬及3萬元的獎金。入圍名單詳見新北市紀錄片系列活動官方網站 https://www.doc.ntpc.gov.tw 或「感動，無所不在」臉書粉絲專頁。資料詳洽：新聞局新聞行政科林雅智科長2960-3456轉6100 新聞局新聞行政科周宜璇科員2960-3456轉6102
