【新北市訊】因應農曆春節觀影熱潮，新北市政府新聞局近日會同法制局消費者保護官，針對新北市轄內12家電影院之電影分級制度、消費者權益及公共安全等事項進行加強稽查。新北市政府新聞局長李利貞表示，為讓民眾在假期有安全舒適的觀影環境，新聞局每年皆於春節假期前加強稽查轄內電影院，同時要求業者落實相關規定，以保障市民朋友的消費者權益與安全。 新聞局表示，此次稽查在營業管理方面，如電影分級制度、公共意外責任險及優惠票價之揭示等，皆符合規定，另有關消費者保護官著重之禮券定型化契約規範亦符合稽查要求。惟部分影城未於映演場所顯著處揭示每一映演電影片發音語言，已要求業者立即修正，以符電影法之規定。 此外，在公共安全方面，新聞局在稽查當下也請業者務必確保逃生動線暢通，並加強場所內逃生指示。新聞局將持續追蹤把關，針對轄內業者辦理不定期無預警抽查，提供市民安全觀影環境。 資料詳洽： 新聞局新聞行政科 林雅智 電話：02-29603456分機6100 新聞局新聞行政科 蔡宜臻 電話：02-29603456分機6119

【新北市訊】新北市有線廣播電視費率審議委員會近日決議115年度新北市有線電視收視費用。新北市政府新聞局於今（29）日公告，明（115）年度業者持續提供A、B、C、D共4組基本頻道組合，各分組收視費、裝機等費用，皆維持與114年度相同收費標準。 新北市政府新聞局長李利貞表示，為保障消費者權益，委員會決議115年度收視費及裝機等相關費用皆維持與114年度相同。此外，也通過多項附帶決議，包括要求業者持續配合本府推動有線電視纜線下地及清整政策、加強巡查設備及纜線，以提升服務品質，並應提供多元客服管道，即時受理民眾及妥處民眾爭議。 李利貞指出，委員會也促請本市有線電視業者善盡地方媒體角色及落實企業社會責任，除持續提供於本市社會局登記有案的低收入戶免收裝機費、基本頻道收視費及數位應用推廣寬頻網路20M以上之優惠外，應積極參與本市社會救助與公益服務，相關經費不得少於114年視訊收入2%。此外，業者應提高經營區之在地人文、歷史及特色之自製頻道節目品質及製播率，加強製作新住民、原住民、性別平權及公益議題等多元節目內容。 新聞局表示，新北市有線廣播電視費率審議委員會由消費者保護團體、傳播、財經、會計、法律等專家學者組成，自11月起召開多次會議，就本市有線電視業者提報費率資料及經營狀況進行面談。委員會綜合評估及審議業者收視服務品質、服務內容、各分組頻道規劃、財務狀況、消費者權益保護、提供數位創新服務及公共服務投入等情形，審定各家業者115年4組基本頻道組合收費標準，為本市民眾收視權益把關。若業者有惡性競爭將立即重啟費率審查機制，以確保消費者收視權益。 資料詳洽： 新聞局新聞行政科林雅智 電話02-29603456分機6100 新聞局新聞行政科黃雅慧 電話02-29603456分機6109
