The registration for the 113th Trade Show has commenced! The New Taipei City Government is set to lead a trade show from July 6th to 18th to participate in the “TAIWAN EXPO 2024 in India” and conduct trade negotiation meetings in Turkey, to assist New Taipei City enterprises in penetrating the emerging markets of South Asia and Europe. This year’s goal is to recruit 20 excellent enterprises from New Taipei City, and registration is open until April 12th. Limited spots are available, and enthusiastic inquiries are welcome.
New Taipei City Bureau of Economic Development Commissioner, Amy Ho (何怡明), stated that the New Taipei City Government observes multinational corporations flocking to invest and establish factories in India, with the potential to become the world’s largest manufacturing center. Turkey, strategically positioned as a crucial link between Europe and Asia, providing an opportunity to expand the sales channels for products to Europe.
The innovative idea of a cross-regional trade show combines the “India Exhibition Group” and the “Turkey Expansion Tour”, assisting New Taipei enterprises in continuously expanding overseas business opportunities, said Ho.
“New Taipei City Trade Show in Emerging Markets” organized by New Taipei City Bureau of Economic Development and executed by TAITRA. The first stop will be at the “TAIWAN EXPO 2024 in India”. The exhibition will take place from July 8th to 10th, showcasing outstanding New Taipei City enterprises and products alongside international counterparts to attract Indian buyers and increase international visibility. After the exhibition, the trade show will visit Turkey to conduct trade negotiations with local commercial organizations, potential business partners, government departments, and sales channel operators.
New Taipei City Bureau of Economic Development plans to recruit 20 enterprises in New Taipei City this year, focusing on ICT, Digital Transformation, ESG, Machinery, Auto parts, Medical Device, Textile and more. The registration deadline is April 12th. Companies are welcome to participate in the selection process.
