【新北市訊】「2022新北校園廣告人」於今(22)日舉辦頒獎典禮，從超過百組報名參賽團隊中揭曉最終名次前3名、評審特別獎及社群行銷獎各1名，首獎15萬元由輔仁大學的鐘子棋、陳聖璇、王婷嫺、鄧竺、吳海慈、邱晉暄以作品《療癒森活熊猴ㄟ所在》獲得，是本屆活動的最大贏家！ 局長張愛晶表示，每組同學都有不同的特色，每年都可以看到年輕人發揮大膽的創意來詮釋市政，讓人眼睛為之一亮。今年的活動持續與廣告業界合作，為了使學生們更順利完成影片，今年除了兩階段的工作坊外，還特別增加了六堂廣告大師課程，讓同學們在原本的基礎上，學習到更多腳本發想和拍攝技巧。今年一樣提供給表現優異的同學們實習機會，提早與業界接軌，展現新北市產官學合作的成果。 本次擔任評審團代表的電通mb周麗君創意長說，這次評選主要針對作品的切題性、創意表現與製作技術評分，儘管今年因為疫情的關係，許多參賽團隊的成員輪流被隔離，但仍然能夠感受到同學們的無限創意，展現年輕人眼中對新北的不同想像。其中首獎的作品獲得評審們一致認同，巧妙的融合疫情指揮中心與確診等時事，帶出主題熊猴森樂園中的各項設施，可以做為舒緩現代人壓力大的解藥。透過輕鬆有趣的描述方式，反轉影片結局。此外，他也鼓勵同學，在影像創作的時代中，需要更敏銳的觀察力與行動力，才能透過影像實踐創意，期許同學們未來能有更多精彩的表現！ 首獎作品《療癒森活熊猴ㄟ所在》劇情切合時事，以這兩年大眾所熟知的疫情指揮中心和確診病例來講述現代人凡事追求快、追求完善的個性，導致必須時刻上緊發條度過生活。衍伸而來如頭暈頭痛、胸悶、肩頸痠痛等文明病，就彷彿傳染疾病「working-19」籠罩在每個人身上，透過熊猴森樂園來獲得解藥。 第2名獲獎作品《躺平糾察隊》以日式綜藝節目做開端，突襲躺在家裡無所事事的大學畢業生。透過主持人的步步逼問，最後道出新北就業三箭的政策，讓不知道如何找工作的社會新鮮人可以有方向可以去詢問。 第3名獲獎作品《省小姐為何這樣》是以一位北漂青年為了繳交每個月的房租，而在生活上東省西省，最後帶入新北的青年住宅租金補貼政策，讓在外租房的青年獲得緩解不用再當「省」小姐/先生。 評審特別獎作品《淡蘭古道，煩惱GET OUT !》，以完整的企劃和幽默的諧音梗來製作影片，同時也是12組裡面唯一的高中生團隊；社群行銷獎得獎作品《郝就耶診所》透過中醫的十八銅人來幫助找不到工作的年輕人，影片以時下流行的短影音來呈現，獲得網路投票最高票數以及最多觀看數，深受觀眾喜愛。 新聞局指出，活動從今年3月起跑，雖由於疫情許多學校都使用遠距教學，很多參賽團隊無法到聚在一起討論，但最後仍吸引了全台26所大專院校及高中，超過百組影像團隊報名參加。入圍者歷經初選、複選，再透過兩階段影像工作坊以及六堂廣告大師課程培訓完成作品。活動總獎金高達54萬元，前3名將各獲得獎金15萬、8萬及5萬元，評審特別獎及社群行銷獎獎金各1萬元。 本次活動得獎作品名單：首獎：輔仁大學/鐘子棋、陳聖璇、王婷嫺、鄧竺、吳海慈、邱晉暄《療癒森活熊猴ㄟ所在》；第二名：世新大學/黃莀薷、王心妤《躺平糾察隊》；第三名：銘傳大學/張詠琳、吳亭儀、黃子祐、陳暐霓《省小姐為何這樣》；評審特別獎：復興商工/王磊、吳佩穎《淡蘭古道，煩惱GET OUT !》；社群行銷獎：中國文化大學/謝涵宇、謝昱玫、古丞堯、吳承諭、張若彤、廖晨竣《郝就耶診所》。 新聞資料電子檔(含學生作品)下載：QRcode 新北校園廣告人官網： https://www.ntpcyouth.ntpc.gov.tw/ 新聞聯絡人： 新聞局綜合行銷科科長 吳宥妘 電話：2960-3456轉6152 新聞局綜合行銷科股長 沈淳萱 電話：2960-3456轉6158 新聞局綜合行銷科科員 姚思妙 電話：2960-3456轉6159
